Duties & Responsibilities:

Deposit Risk Review Specialist is responsible for reviewing deposit transactions across multiple payment channels to identify potential areas of payment and transactional risk to the Bank and customer.

Review Deposit Accounts and transactions identified as being Uncollected to mitigate potential risk of loss. Perform daily reviews, monitoring and reporting of ACH and Wire suspects as presented by Yellow Hammer Fraud Detective. Assist the Risk Monitoring Coordinator in maintaining, and ensuring compliance with standard procedures for monitoring and reporting Wire and ACH activity through Yellow Hammer Fraud Detective and uncollected funds activity. Perform daily reviews of Mobile deposits for transaction and payment risk mitigation as needed. Perform daily reviews of ATM deposits for transaction and payment risk mitigation as needed. Provide internal and external support for uncollected funds and Yellow Hammer Fraud Detective.


Qualifications:

Minimum of Associate's Degree in business or computer related studies
Minimum 3 years of banking experience preferred
Experience using Microsoft Office Software
Ability to use and comfortable with various computer software
Well organized and attentive to detail
Willing to work in a team environment
Ability to react quickly in a dynamic and changing environment
Excellent communication skills both oral and written
Ability to sit in front of a computer for extended periods of time
Knowledge of banking regulations preferred
