The Support Services Payout Specialist is responsible for managing paid out loan documents, preparing lien releases, initiating customer correspondence, loan vault maintenance and maintaining closed files. Other responsibilities include processing lien releases, help desk requests and customer correspondence. Provide customer service support to Client Care Center, branch operations, branches, and customers through phone and department email requests. Manage daily paid out reports and loan inventory.


Associate or Bachelor Degree preferred

Two years banking experience preferred

Ability to organize and manage multiple priorities and workflow

Demonstrate professionalism with customers, managers and co-workers

Ability to maintain composure under pressure

Ability to work efficiently and accurately in an atmosphere of frequent interruption

Ability to lift up to 25 pounds for daily loan vault trips
