Primary Responsibility:

Assist with matters relevant to the Bank's Credit Administration function by working closely with the Chief Credit Officer and department supervisors. 

 Duties & Responsibilities:

Maintain committee meeting schedules and invites.  Oversee the functionality of the commercial lending pipeline.  Maintain the business continuity plan for Credit Administration.  Assist with preparation of various management, regulatory, and Board of Directors reports regarding loan portfolio.  Prepare and distribute credit requests packages including those presented to Management Committees and the Loan Committee.  Process and issue credit request approvals/denials.  Prepare the minutes for committee meetings.  Obtain approval and process invoices to Accounts Payable.  Maintain supply inventory for Credit Administration.  Other duties as assigned.  

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor Degree in a Business related field is preferred. Previous banking experience in areas of Loan Review, Loan Administration, Lending, Loan Regulatory Compliance, desirable. Demonstrate solid administrative support skills as well as strong computer skills including proficiency in Microsoft Software and SharePoint. Experience in Jack Henry software a plus. Exhibit good interpersonal skills and ability to interact effectively with all levels of employees and customers and maintain confidentiality.  A high level of accuracy, attention to detail and the ability to manage and complete multiple tasks to meet deadlines.
