The Financial Assistant is responsible for the routine handling of financial/banking transactions with speed and accuracy. Assist customers with questions and proactively offer solutions to their banking needs. Other responsibilities include noticing referral opportunities and making customer referrals to the appropriate line of business or product. Manage cash drawer and vault responsibilities.  The position will work at both the Pineville, WV and Oceana, WV branches as needed. 


High School diploma or equivalent
Two years of customer-facing experience, preferably with cash handling responsibilities
Proven record of outstanding customer service
Strong understanding of math principles such as debits and credits
Demonstrated proficiency using banking platforms and common office software and systems
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Strong attention to detail
Ability to lift up to 10 lbs occasionally and to stand for extended periods of time
